Automatic enrolment
Every employer in the UK has to automatically enrol certain members of their staff into a pension scheme.
Employers need to make sure that they place everybody in the correct qualifying scheme at the correct time and will need to keep accurate records of everyone who opts out of their qualifying scheme.
It is the responsibility of employers to manage auto enrolment and to make sure they are following the rules correctly. More information can be found on the websites listed below:
